A healing modality for kids that works with the energy of LIFE

Life Weaving helps kids cultivate their strength, build confidence, and feel supported so they can shine through any challenges they experience.

Life Weaving teaches kids how to use their magic as medicine by calling on the energy of nature and wielding their creative gifts.

Each child has come here with a unique light to share with the world. When we, as individuals, feel confident in our unique gifts we shine. This creates a harmony felt through every cell in our body. It’s the vibration of our own unique medicine that is generated when we join our spirit and our body through our creativity.

When kids feel confident in their unique gifts it helps to preserve and protect their original essence. It’s from this state that kids can thrive individually and as a part of all facets of the larger web of life—including community, family, friendships.

Method

During each session, Alex teaches your kid a custom series of Life Weaving movements. These movements call on the elements of nature and colors of light. This helps fortify your child’s confidence in themself and creates a web of support around them.

Your kid will have a tangible practice to turn to when they are facing a challenge.

LW movements can be done anywhere, anytime. This teaches kids that they have the power within themselves to thrive in life. It allows them to work with the gentle yet powerful energy of nature to create a web of healing around them. LW teaches kids how to use their magic as their medicine.

Since kids are able to feel deeply, they can feel the medicinal energy of nature and light. This creates a highly effective practice for kids to use when they need healing.

5-Session Offering

4 sessions with the child + 1 session with the parents. Each session is 45 minutes. Virtual or in person in Wellfleet, MA. Ages 5+

Your child will meet with Alex every-other week for 2 months. Over the course of the four sessions, your child will participate in conversations, creative exercises, and individual “homework” assignments customized to their needs. With the guidance of Alex, your kid will learn to wield their unique gifts and connect with their creative spirit.

At the end of each session, you will receive an email summary of your child’s Life Weaving movements and any individual homework assignments.

All children have an innate ability to connect to their true spirit, but need more tools to navigate the challenges of life. As such, Life Weaving can be beneficial to kids in many unique situations.
